We ship from Canada. Launch focus: Canada and the United States first. Carrier, window and cost appear before you pay.
Windows are business days from the ship date. Tracking goes to the email on the order.
Returns
Unworn items with tags, within 30 days of delivery, for exchange or refund. Wash, wear or missing labels void that window.
Defects: photo the issue, email hello@inbuiltmuscles.com with your order number. We arrange replacement or refund.

Built to proof
Match kits are made to your approved proof. They are not a standard e-commerce return. Wrong roster data you supplied, or a change of mind after production starts, is not treated as a retail return.
Our errors and production defects are owned by your Teamwear account lead. Rates and timelines are quoted per order.
Duties and import tax at destination are charged by that country. Those are not INBUILT MUSCLES fees.
