Who is responsible

INBUILT MUSCLES, based in Nova Scotia, Canada, is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Privacy questions: hello@inbuiltmuscles.com. Teamwear orders on the Teamwear subdomain may collect extra order details under that site's own notices.

What we collect

Community signup: name, email, apparel interest, and a source tag for the coming-soon form.

Contact: whatever you send by email, including your address and message body.

Technical: hosting logs may include IP, browser, device, referrer and timestamps. Theme preference may live in your browser so light or dark mode sticks.

We do not take payment cards on this coming-soon site. Checkout will arrive with its own processor notices at retail launch.

How we use it

Launch updates, early access, category-relevant kit news, replies to your messages, security, and fixing errors. We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent the community list.

Sharing

Hosting, email and database providers process data on our instructions. Custom kit enquiries may go to the Teamwear team at teamwear@inbuiltmuscles.com. We may disclose information if law requires it, to protect people or property, or in a business transfer with the same commitments where we can.

Retention

Community signups stay until you ask for removal, or until the list is closed after launch. Correspondence is kept as needed to finish the conversation and meet record duties. Logs stay for a short operational window.

Your choices

Email hello@inbuiltmuscles.com to access, correct or delete signup data, or to opt out of launch messages. Canadian PIPEDA rights and GDPR-style rights (if they apply to you) will be honoured on valid requests. Cookie controls: see the Cookie Policy.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. If you believe we collected a child's information, contact us and we will delete it.

Updates
